Our herbs are carefully packaged in kraft pouches and shipped in recyclable boxes.

• Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened packages.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
