At Zemlyana, we gather wild herbs by hand, in small batches, from meadows and forest edges where plants grow as nature intended.

We work with foragers in Ukrainian highlands, where wild-harvesting is still part of everyday life, not a revived trend. They know which meadows give the cleanest nettle, when yarrow is most potent, and why shortcuts ruin what matters.

Each batch is hand-picked, gently dried, and minimally processed. No flavorings. No additives. Just herbs as they grow, handled with intention.
