From Wild Field to Your Cup
Wild Harvesting
We don't grow herbs — we find them. In wild meadows, forest clearings, and riverbanks, where plants grow as nature intended. Hand-picked at peak season, never mass-harvested.
First Sorting
First sorting happens on-site. Stems, soil, and damaged leaves are removed immediately after harvest. This is just the beginning — we sort again after drying.
Air-Drying
Dried in the shade under gauze — not in direct sun, which destroys essential oils. Slow air-drying preserves aroma, color, and everything that makes herbs potent.
Heat Sterilization
Once dried, herbs undergo brief heat treatment (120°C, 3 minutes) — a standard safety step that eliminates pests and bacteria without damaging essential oils or flavor.
Sorted, Sealed & Traceable
After drying, we sort again — leaf by leaf. Stems, dust, and debris removed. Then sealed with a LOT code for traceability. Just pure, whole leaves.
